THE BUILDING.

Building 5 is nestled within Northwest Marine Artworks, which was home Northwest Marine Ironworks (NWMIW). In its 1970s heyday, NWMIW was a $100 million company machining parts for the maritime industry and some of the world's largest public works projects. This vintage WWII era building is now a several-thousand sq. ft. blank canvas.
